Love this place very much, wish to be back soon..... The mattress quality is best, we enjoyed and had better sleep. Luxury bethub, clean pool, we love everything there. Wish the tourism will be back to normal so guests will come soon to stay at the hotel again....
Real amazing place. Very good prices for wonderful rooms. Very quiet and relaxing place. Staff was great and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here if your visiting the area.

Their staff is very friendly, and the ambience of the hotel was soothing.
The room floor is a bit slippery, and the towel smells a bit of the sun.
But afterall I like the room, big bed with bathub and balcony. Worth every penny.
One of the better 4 stars hotel i've been in and i can say, confidently, in terms of the value for money, they are neck and neck, if not better, than the other established hotels on its level (including those of big chain hotels).
Where else can you find a double room with bathtub, 2 kinds of shower, a pretty big balcony, and breakfast for two all with the price of around IDR 300k-ish? (Yeah i know, i got a steal deal). On top of it, the place is close to the Double-Six Beach (only 7 min walk).
The amenities are super complete. They even provide you with sewing kit and shaving cream (you don't see these kind of amenities that often in any hotel, period). The towels are huge and thick!
The sleeping robe is made of batik fabric which gives a local touch. And they provide you with two big umbrellas in the room too.
You can definitely see they put lots of thoughts for the comfort of their guests.
The facilities are well maintained and they have various types of room to choose from. There is a pretty big field to held a wedding or other parties.
The pool is super pretty. They definitely picked a good material to produce such pretty color.
Now, some of the things which i think can be improved or maybe just purely a disclaimer to any of you who's considering staying at the place:
- the ac at my room is kind of weak, so it might take an hour or two for the cool to kick in
- they only have 3 choices of breakfast which are either fried rice, vermicelli, or a fried noodle. All of which tastes pretty nice but the chicken can be less dry
- the road to the hotel lobby is indeed quite narrow. So only one car at a time can get in. And the parking space is limited. So if you're planning to bring a car, maybe try to confirm ahead of time on where to park to the hotel management
All that aside, I throughly enjoyed my experience staying at Astagina and loved every minute of my stay there. I'm wishing them good luck as i know this past year has been more than challenging to Bali in general.

Astagina Resort and Villa located in Jalan Bulan, it’s a one way in. The place is really nice, considering it’s still in the middle of a pandemic, and the maintenance of the villa is still good. No heavy dust.
But if you are here, be sure to bring mosquito repellent. At night, it could be helpful. The breakfast menu was Nasi Goreng Ayam and Mie Goreng, the taste was delicious. I was staying at the number 701, and in front of this villa was a mini area for enjoying the view and breakfast.
I found the sewing kit in the bathroom, super complete amenities! Hair dryer, comb, and else. The sewing kit definitely a huge helper for me because I need it at that time.
During the night I asked to borrow a wine opener, they don’t have it, but the staff (receptionist area) did his best and gave me 4 wine glasses though the restaurant area closed already. Nice and attentive!
The private pool inside was also in good maintenance, wifi good, and the TV cable is on. I remember once during a pandemic I was staying in a villa somewhere around Tabanan, they don’t have WIFI and TV cable since pandemic (but they don’t info us beforehand) and the villa was in bad condition. So when I stayed in Astagina, this villa definitely much better! Keep up the good work guys, we can get through this!
