Cool place
The villa was extremely outdated, we booked this as a deal online and for 5 nights would normally have been $2700. We were told there were no rooms available for the entire stay and refunded the money. We hotels and paid $250 for 5 nights which was extremely better than this hotel charging $1000 for 5 nights. The staff were friendly and the bedding looked nice as a honey moon setup however the floor boards getting into the room were broken and made it hard to even step inside, then the missing tiles in the shower. I would not recommend this villa or hotel
We were generously "upgraded" to the villa for the night from their nearby sister hotel as a surprise for our Honeymoon. Unfortunately, this was a big downgrade and we immediately asked to be switched back to the hotel. The staff was okay, the front desk person was very nice and apologetic about the situation but ultimately the villa was not for us. It was run-down, old, and needs a whole bunch of maintenance. Towels had stains and were so old that although they used to be white, they are now grey. The pool had a broken pump and when asked to check on it, the maintenance individual just said "maybe they'll come fix it tomorrow". Maybe? We didn't take a shower outside since it was extremely buggy so when we took a shower in the inside tub, the whole entire bathroom leaked. When we checked our bedroom sheets, there were black stains everywhere. It was not what we were looking for in our honeymoon in Seminyak and I do not recommend this place to other couples.
A wonderful place to reside in. Greeted with refreshing drinks and fresh fruits, a very refreshing welcome. The infrastructure of the villa and was beautiful from both inside and outside. A 2 floor setup, consisting of a drawing room, kitchen and 2 large bedrooms, one downstairs and another upstairs. The villa also consists of a pool and jacuzzi. The perfect setup for the warm weather in Bali. They provide an in house American/English/local breakfast on demand at any time desired in the morning. It is also located at a street along which there are countless bars, restaurants and shops and even stores. A brilliant way to explore the locality. They also provide gym access along with free cab services within a particular area. Very helpful to explore the locality. The location itself is very vibrant. Walking in the Bali sun while enjoying the extravagant bright colours, it’s nothing less than a walking canvas. The villas are well air conditioned and equipped with televisions to help you relax after a long and tiring day in the sun. Customer service was good, but there were certain miscommunications, which can easily looked over as they were well compensated for. Can’t wait to re-visit.
Stayed here years ago and remembered it fondly so I thought I'd stay again. It's ok but there hasn't been much upgrade in the past years. We stayed in the jazz/New Orleans themed villa. On the positive, it has a great private pool. But outdoor furniture was dilapidated and patio floor boards needed replacing and some even had raised nails showing (in an area you generally go bare foot). Breakfast choices are very simple. Also when we booked it, they sold the villas as have personal butler service. I think this referred to the person on reception. We asked them twice to help us with making phone bookings and were told that we could did that ourselves.
