What guest service should look like! Especially now, in times of pandemic. We stayed at the Fairmont for one night and every staff member we interacted with - Rick(?), The doorman, the check-in staff Ms. Ng and everyone in between were exceedingly courteous and professional. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable beds, and clean.
We had a bit of an emergency, in the middle of the night, and the staff handled it with grace and empathy. I'm a fan of the Fairmont chain now and look forward to staying at more locations world-wide.

Nice cozy rooms aimed at the hipsters kids. Views are pretty much city views but the location is great! Doormen/valet can be kind of pretentious but otherwise it usually feels pretty comfortable.

My wife and I celebrated an anniversary here this week. Everything was excellent. Addie and Allison made sure that all stops where made from champagne to wine. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect vacation through all this.

Great views, friendly staff. Beautiful accommodations. My husband and I were visiting Seattle for the first time and having a view of the Puget Sound and the Ferris wheel and Piers was awesome. We watched The ferries come and go every half hour and being within short walking distance from the piers, aquarium, Ferris wheel, ferries and Pike Place market made us realize that we shouldn’t have rented a car. Caitlin was our concierge on most days that we were there and she was super sweet, friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were very nice, clean and modern. The glass wall that allows you to see from the bedroom to the bathroom was not a put off for us as it was for some people. You have the option to lower the privacy screen if you want more privacy. I would recommend this place for a vacation stay and definitely a romantic getaway. My husband and I felt very safe and Felt the hotel had enough safety protocols in place for the guests to feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

If I could only stay at one hotel for the rest of my life this would be it. We stayed in the Presidential suite for one night to celebrate the holidays and our recent engagement, and I could not have imagined how perfect everything would be. From the moment we arrived, to even days later, we cannot stop talking about it.
First, the hotel is so brilliantly designed. The expansive lobby, the dining and bar areas, and the floor to ceiling glass make the entry to the hotel already a shock to what you might consider a Seattle hotel (we’ve stayed in many).
The staff texts beforehand to make sure you have everything you need (thank you Carolina and Jeff!) and plans for special occasions as a great friend would.
The presidential suite is the nicest room we have ever stayed in, normally we book the standard room (which from the pictures are just as beautiful). We had so much fun staying there, playing the piano, watching a movie on the huge TV, and eating a few meals in the dining area.
The in room service was so well prepared, and well presented, that we did not ever feel like we should go anywhere else.
Finally, throughout our stay we received a handwritten note from Victor, the manager, and such personal service from Cathy. We could not have had such a special time without these meaningful interactions.
Thank you to the Lotte Hotel for such a wonderful time. We cannot wait to come back.

Amazing! Customer service was fantastic! Kristine not only helped us navigate coming from the airport and getting taxis she was an absolute joy for all things. The rooms were very clean, showers, beds, and the view was luxurious! Highly recommend.

I can't rave harder about this place. This is the Emerald city's Moulin Rouge. This place is absolutely dripping in local themed art, gorgeous installations and great vibes. I got there pretty late and Charles came and opened the door when he saw me struggling with all my bags. When I told him it was my birthday he gave me a couple of the most delicious macaroons I had ever had! I had a wonderful view of the bay, and Pike Place, and the roof top is so romantic. There's even a room you can rent with rooftop access. The attached restaurant, Ben Paris is delicious, absolutely treat yourself to the brunch menu! This is my new go-to when I hit the Gritty City. The price was crazy affordable for such a extravagant experience and the people who work here go out of their way to make a human connection.

One of the best hotels experiences I have had. The staff helped me reschedule with a better view and rate, the hotel and rooms are beautiful, and the staff themselves are so courtious and helpful, making this stay above and beyond. 12/10 will stay here again!!

Nice boutique hotel in downtown Seattle by Pike's market. Dark colors of green throughout this hotel. The rooms are small, but with cute amenities. The room is kind of dark and it would be great to have a brighter light around the sink. The place is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. The big miss is there's no gym. So if you're looking to exercise or workout, this isn't the place. Overall thumbs up and the location is great.
11 Hotel Sorrento

The Sorrento is an elegant, beautifully restored and maintained classic old world hotel - my favorite hotel in Seattle. The location is convenient - right between downtown and Capital Hill with easy freeway access. Staff is gracious and helpful - once you have stayed their a couple times they remember you by name and your room preferences. The in-hotel restaurant has good food, an excellent bar, quiet old world ambiance and a lovely outdoor terrace during the warm months. All the rooms are lovely but spring for a suite if it works for your budget. If you prefer a super-modern "W"-type hotel experience The Sorrento probably won't be for you. If you enjoy the history and ambiance of restored older hotels you'll love it there.

The room was nice and clean. The service here is outstanding. Everyone was so attentive, friendly and helpful. Top notch service!! We will definitely stay again. The location is great. Right next to the light rail. We took a ride for 2 minutes on the speedy rail to visit the museum of pop culture. Pikes place is a nice 5 min walk. There are many great restaurants and shopping all nearby.

Excellent stay! Our arrival was very nice being welcomed by the front desk and checked in extremely fast. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. High quality linens and towels throughout. The room was very quiet even though it is downtown. Great location just minutes from shopping and Pike’s Place Market. Definitely our go to when in Seattle. Try this hotel out, you will be very happy!

My stay at the Thompson in Seattle started with Ashley W. personally showing me around the neighborhood. She was super knowledgeable and knew the history and upcoming plans of all the neighborhood staples. Stephanie was SUPER HELPFUL when checking me in and Brynn became my favorite part of the lobby. She was friendly and made sure I enjoyed all that I could from the hotel. The view from the Thompson is incredible but the staff is world-class.

What an incredible hotel! The staff was so kind and friendly. The manager was kind and welcoming. He truly cares about his place of work and the people staying at the hotel. Also, it was so clean! I only stayed one night, and I wish I could have stayed longer! I’m looking forward to coming back shortly, and I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Overall it's a lovely Hotel Downtown Seattle , WA. Location is decent , staff is wonderful! Everyone working here is friendly && helpful. My opinion , a couple things that they should modify , in order to make the guests stay more comfortable. Like making Ice Machines available for all guests , all the time. Ect. 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐
