My wife and I celebrated an anniversary here this week. Everything was excellent. Addie and Allison made sure that all stops where made from champagne to wine. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect vacation through all this.
A classy and conveniently located Kimpton—within walking distance of Pike Place! My friend and I enjoyed a relaxing New Year's Eve stay here. The staff were kind enough to provide us with an adjoining room, and as a Platinum member, we enjoyed some drinks and snacks from the downstairs "mini bar" as part of our welcome amenity.
The rooms were a good size, and the beds and furniture were clean. The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated, and had ample comfortable seating. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and offered to store my valuables when I found out the room safes were malfunctioning. Thanks!
We got here today. The hotel staff seems incredible and helpful and the location is great. We asked for a crib and it was waiting on the room when we got here! The room that we got is disappointing though it feels dark and not bright and airy like the photos. I imagine it doesn’t help that our view is the side of a building and that our bed didn’t have the pillows in the photos of the rooms. It would be 5 star stay other than the room!
We originally had planned to stay here 3 nights but after the first night we had to leave. The room next door had some loud people who decided that 2am was the best time to throw a party. Finally they were quiet after 3 calls to the front desk. And the barking dog in the room above ours didn’t help.
While not completely the hotel’s fault I can to recommend the place.
Great place. Convenient. Very welcoming. Covid safe. Stayed before. Had a great hamburger at Capitol Grill down the block. Starbucks next door.
