Excellent stay! Our arrival was very nice being welcomed by the front desk and checked in extremely fast. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. High quality linens and towels throughout. The room was very quiet even though it is downtown. Great location just minutes from shopping and Pike’s Place Market. Definitely our go to when in Seattle. Try this hotel out, you will be very happy!
I unfortunately had the worst food poisoning of my life while here on business alone in Seattle. I eventually was hospitalized due to the illness. The staff was so incredibly helpful, from helping me get food to helping me get transport to the hospital, extending my checkout when my discharge was delayed multiple times. The entire staff provided me with the greatest service I have ever experienced and when I think of this hotel, despite how horrifically ill I was, I think of it with a positive mindset because my experience with the team there was so good. Next time I am in Seattle I will certainly be staying here!
I am just amazed by this hotel. They are so accommodating and anticipate their guests needs. My mom and I just checked
In today.
I was warmly greeted and they upgraded us free of charge. These folks couldn’t be nicer.
They also said they would not have a problem if we needed to check in early or check out as late as 4. Free of charge of course. Valet parking is a breeze and reasonable.
It’s been a long time that I have experienced such a level of service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
They are genuinely nice and respectful.
I definitely recommend Paramount.
Nice hotel. Amazing staff. Room was beautiful and bathroom was very modern. Nice location for the hotel. Parking at actual hotel was very expensive, parking across street was better and less expensive. No pool or breakfast but restaurant attached to hotel was okay; not the best not the worst. Not too pricey but overall a good pick for a vacation or stay in Seattle. Would definitely suggest
It was my first time staying in this hotel and my stay couldn't of been better. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. Definitely will be staying there again on my next trip to Seattle.
