This hotel provided the best customer service I have ever had. They are extremely nice! Very accommodating to pets. The place is very safe and clean. Easy walk to space needle and amazing restaurants. All local attractions at walking distance. Very affordable. Will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.
Excellent service! Free cookies daily, free use of robes, wine glasses and $10 of snacks/drinks per day. Shower has nice hot water. Bed is comfy. Room decor is artsy/eclectic. Parking garage is convenient. Also have kuerig in the room with pineapple coffee. Hotel feels secure and safe and is located in the heart of downtown, a 12 minute walk to the space needle and Pikes Place market. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They got me wine glasses to use as well as a razor since I forgot mine. The double bed rooms are quiet but the single bed rooms in the other hallway were noisy. Rooms don’t have microwaves but there is a microwave in the lobby. There are so many eats and treats downtown that you might never get to heating up your leftovers anyway. This hotel is historic so the rooms are smaller. The shower has a tub so you can take a shower or a bath. Room was very clean and comfy. The hotel is very close to Rubinstein’s bagels, Top Pot Donuts and Midtown espresso.
Really cool modern hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I love the decor in the rooms.. everything was clean!!!Walls are just so thin you could hear our neighbors party and fight all night.
I had a early morning meeting in Seattle. I did not wanna deal with the traffic so I found this place after doing some research. Everything was amazing from the best, to the sheet to the towels. Also if you can, go to their bar on the 3rd floor. The drinks and food are great!
Check in was quick and easy. Suite was spacious and clean. King bed was plush and comfortable. Shower was relaxing and huge. We enjoyed our stay.
