Reviews from visitors:
My husband and I stayed here a couple of weekends ago and we will absolutely be back. The room reminded me of a Japanese hotel room — small but organized and clean. The iPad controls of the lighting and other techs features was also very fun. The lobby is like a little museum, it’s stylish and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful! They were taking great COVID precautions as well, including enforced mask wearing, social distancing, one household on elevators, and extra cleaning. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience. even during COVID impact, the hotel experience in citizenM is still outstanding. The room design is compact but comfortable (from an architect perspective), the technology enhancement from self checking to all the room control make the experience over the top. Moreover, the staffs here are super friendly and helpful.
My girlfriend and I had a great experience here and would definitely come back and stay here again. We loved the design of the hotel with it’s minimalist approach to a hotel room and facade but with a very well done and fun amenity/lobby area. The rooms are cool, cozy and has plenty of tech that is easy to use and really did enhance the experience of our stay. The amenity area always stayed super clean and was just a great place to hangout in with a couple drinks. My girlfriend loved the citizen jasmine and I recommend the Highland Old-Fashioned.
All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Kellan even helped us decide on plans for one of our days during our stay and was just overall a great person to conversate with. He had a great recommendation for our trip and really helped us make our last day memorable. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back here or to any other citizenM hotel!
PROS: Ipad room controls we're cool and new.
CONS: Cleanliness. Our first room had food crumbs and hair on the bed. When I called to the front desk to change rooms, they kindly obliged. As we were packing up to move to the new room, all the power went off in our room. Pitch black, couldn't turn any lights on. I called the front desk to ask them to turn the power back on, and the response was basically "Well we can't have power going to both your old room and your new room at the same time, so you need to be more clear about when you're ready to leave." Cool. New room also wasn't super clean, but I wasn't going to go through that again. Breakfast had a hair in it.
The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The food and atmosphere were great with a very modern touch right down to the flatware that had a nice feel in your hand.
The room we had was very clean and high tech. Controlled by an IPad you can change the tv, select cast mode, change lighting, color and mood with sound as well as a daytime and nighttime shade.
It seemed a bit small at first but we quickly got accustom to it. Our daughter stayed in the room down the hall and loved it!
The hotel is very central and sits within walking distance from the mall, Public Market, The Space Needle, Museum of pop culture (Loved it) and the Waterfront piers.
I will definitely come back to stay again!
