Amazing! Customer service was fantastic! Kristine not only helped us navigate coming from the airport and getting taxis she was an absolute joy for all things. The rooms were very clean, showers, beds, and the view was luxurious! Highly recommend.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. The front desk offered excellent recommendations for eating and covid friendly activities, the room is well designed and spacious and u absolutely can not beet the location; but one major thing (for me ) just didn’t cut it.... I specifically booked the king spa suite for a couple nights (at the Seattle location) because it offers a large Tub as well as the shower- unfortunately the shower and the shower temperature handles are in opposite walls and for some reason when they decided NOT to put a door in the shower so every time One wants to augment the shower temp. during a shower, you have to go to the wall (with no door)and freeze while u go back and forth to get the water right. While it’s a beautiful hotel I can’t see choosing it if having a warm shower experience is on your agenda when u pick a hotel.
We are members here and have been twice now! We love this place. There is a planetarium, aquarium, rain forest and lots of other fun stuff. Perfect way to spend a day with or without kids!

This hotel is amazing! It’s clean, modern, quiet, affordable, and very pet friendly! The bed was comfortable, the toiletries were luxurious, and the staff was professional. Two thumbs up! I’ll visit again next trip!
