Huge property. Not quite a 5 star. Perfect location if staying at LA Live, 3 minute walk to staples center. Not as nice as Ritz Carlton or 4 seasons. Awesome lobby area. $49.95 valet parking. One thing I liked is quite a bit of check in desks. One thing I didn't like is the answering of their phones. I called a couple of times. No answer. Tried to call concierge, got a voicemail. I thought that was weird. Pillows and beds are comfy but not memorable.
love it here - close to everything I need when I am in town.
I went here back in July 2019, And it was a blast. Great service, Clean rooms, and a view of the bay and parts of the city. 10 of 10!!!!!!
