The room was nice and clean. The service here is outstanding. Everyone was so attentive, friendly and helpful. Top notch service!! We will definitely stay again. The location is great. Right next to the light rail. We took a ride for 2 minutes on the speedy rail to visit the museum of pop culture. Pikes place is a nice 5 min walk. There are many great restaurants and shopping all nearby.
Expect nothing less than exceptional service. From the moment I stepped through the door everyone was so helpful. My check in was seamless, they had a bellhop bring my bags upstairs. My room was so peaceful. The atmosphere was nothing elegant.
We had a suite with two Queen beds. The beds were quite comfortable. One of the bathrooms was a bit tight, but that wasn’t surprising in an older hotel. I loved the shower head. The breakfast was super tasty with house made granola, local Greek yogurt, a tasty apple and a house made bread (zucchini this week). The gentleman who brought us breakfast was super friendly and very helpful.
Great service, nice rooms. Not ghost-seeker/hunter/paranormal enthusiast friendly. Tried to spend less than ten minues in the lobby (while it was empty) to take a handful of pictures(we had a room for the night, I had a mask on, I was down in the lobby for less than five minutes) and was promptly chased out. Literally just taking a couple of pictures. Apparently I was standing "too close to a roped off area" - I was at least two feet away from said rope keeping people out of the bar area. They obviously don't want our kind here. Be careful if that's your intent.
Helpful and friendly staff. Loved my large, corner room. Ask for different pillows and bring your own coffee creamer. They only have the fake stuff.
This is a beautiful, old hotel with an amazing location and elegant lobby.
