It was my first time staying at the Max. Great location, super friendly/helpful staff and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and we will definitely be staying here again, next time we are in town!
Love this place. We stay here often and really enjoy it! The only thing that bothered me this trip...Was we wanted a late check out and they could only give us a half an hr late checkout.
My stay at Hotel Max was fantastic! Kate at the front desk was friendly and accommodating at check-in. We arrived early, so while we were waiting for our room to be cleaned, she even offered us a local beer to try while passing the time. She also helped us with information about where to eat and places to see. We also had a wheelchair delivered to the hotel to use during our stay, and the whole process went without a hitch. Kate even remembered my name every time I came down to ask a question. I will also mention Mike, the building engineer, was so helpful and friendly. He even assisted my boyfriend, who has a walking disability, get into a vehicle since he was having a little trouble. We feel like we made friends with both Kate and Mike.
The hotel was very clean and had very interesting décor, and I mean that in a good way! All the guest room doors had various photos on them, and I loved the art work. The location was great as well. Most places we visited were 20 minutes away or less. If I were to visit Seattle again, I would definitely stay at Hotel Max!
Staff is very nice! Craft beer hour every night. Downtown, not too expensive. Best hotel in the area.
I love this place and stay there whenever it’s not full and the price isn’t crazy. Cool punk rock vibe with some rooms offering a turn table and records. The rooms aren’t fancy or large but I always feel at home here. They have great snacks and the service is always excellent. The restaurant downstairs is also excellent and the hotel does a happy hour with local craft brews each day for guests.
