We have stayed here a few times already and have utilized all the rooms. We can barely tell anyone else is here in the evening and at night. It feels like we have the whole place to ourselves. The location is great. Its very centralized for all the things we like to do. The beds are comfortable which is pretty important. The breakfast and the morning greeting is very relaxing. Nothing feels rushed. I have never run out of hot water. We use this place often when we come to town and will continue to do so if things stay as enjoyable as they are now.
We stayed here just this past weekend, and the bed and breakfast was charming, the room we had was bright and had a spacious bathroom. The breakfast had homemade breads and cookies, oatmeal, fruit, etc. that was very good. And the owner gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, and was very friendly and welcoming. The location across Volunteer Park is wonderful; within walking distance to various restaurants and on a bus line that goes directly downtown. This is a great place!
Quaint, quiet, relaxing establishment. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable - in a good way. Great place for a 'staycation', too. A true hidden gem.
Stayed here for 2 nights while in Seattle. The Lace room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy! The room had its own private bath, which was not attached to the room, but it was also very spacious and has an awesome shower. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The public transportation was super easy to use, the bus drops you off right at the door and will pick you up 400' down the street, and it is only a 10 minute ride, at most, to down town. There is plenty of free parking with no time limit right in front of and across the street from the B&B. There is also wi-fi and homemade cookies!!
