Reviews from visitors:
If I could only stay at one hotel for the rest of my life this would be it. We stayed in the Presidential suite for one night to celebrate the holidays and our recent engagement, and I could not have imagined how perfect everything would be. From the moment we arrived, to even days later, we cannot stop talking about it.
First, the hotel is so brilliantly designed. The expansive lobby, the dining and bar areas, and the floor to ceiling glass make the entry to the hotel already a shock to what you might consider a Seattle hotel (we’ve stayed in many).
The staff texts beforehand to make sure you have everything you need (thank you Carolina and Jeff!) and plans for special occasions as a great friend would.
The presidential suite is the nicest room we have ever stayed in, normally we book the standard room (which from the pictures are just as beautiful). We had so much fun staying there, playing the piano, watching a movie on the huge TV, and eating a few meals in the dining area.
The in room service was so well prepared, and well presented, that we did not ever feel like we should go anywhere else.
Finally, throughout our stay we received a handwritten note from Victor, the manager, and such personal service from Cathy. We could not have had such a special time without these meaningful interactions.
Thank you to the Lotte Hotel for such a wonderful time. We cannot wait to come back.
The Lotte Hotel Seattle is amongst one of the finest hotels I have ever set foot in. The service surpasses other luxury hotel brands by far. I felt very welcome and I was extremely impressed by the service I received.
The rooms were extremely clean and well appointed. I didn’t have the pleasure of dining in their restaurant, but the in room dining was fantastic.
I’m very happy I chose The Lotte Hotel for my stay in Seattle. I look forward to returning. Thank you for your hospitality.
Legendary. The best stay I have had in Seattle hands down. Stayed here for a staycation, and have been to a few of the hotels in the downtown area (we're locals). We received exceptional service and the staff were very attentive and warm! Room was spacious, incredibly clean, and very state-of-the-art. Room interiors were definitely as modern as it gets. The staff really made our stay and celebration one of a kind. Shout out to Delora-Thank you!! This hotel puts the vast majority of hotels to shame (especially in the chains)-Lotte Seattle is definitely ahead of the pack by miles. I think this is the hotel we will have our friends and family stay when they visit Seattle. Thank you for making our visit one of a kind! You guys were amazing!
Note: We're about a year into our pandemic. I felt these people take pride in their work. Yes the hotel/travel industry is slow which could be demoralizing for many in the industry (have seen it in other hotels) but they still go the extra length to make you feel special with a smile. Give this hotel your business. You'll be glad you did.
The AC wasn’t working in the first room. When we called the front desk, one person came, made some setting changes and asked us to wait for another half an hour. The person said that we should set the fan to “on” instead of “auto”. We told him that we tried that before. It was still not working! In the end, I stayed in a cold room (63 degrees) for nearly two hours. I felt that I would catch cold tomorrow.
Well, I don’t know why can’t we change to a warmer room right after. It’s COVID time. I am sure there are plenty of empty rooms. Then we moved to another room with a worse view. They did give us a complimentary dessert and I like the welcome champagne, so I leave two stars here. It is our anniversary and supposed to be nice…If you don’t like surprise, hotel chain is still a safer choice.

Update: They contacted us again and tried to remedy the situation and improve our experience. They do value customer’s feedback. Modified to four stars.
Had dinner at Charlotte, their in-house restaurant, and the food was amazing! Everyone was welcoming, from the concierge to the valet, and our waiter, Daniel, gave some great recommendations. All around just a wonderful experience (try the ribeye and pork belly!) Luckily we got in just before the new restrictions, and once things begin to open up again, I hope many people go and enjoy the fantastic food and service.
