We went to the spa, payed full daily price, but the jacuzzi did not work, turkish spa was completely cold, air temperature was cold and pool temperature was freezing. Unacceptable for such a class of hotel. We left after an hour or so.
The best hotel in Sarajevo. Arabic coffee in lobby anytime and breakfast is 5 star great for family and friends and very clean
