We had a great time in this hotel. The hosts and all employees very professional and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was excellent, kudos to chef. Director of the hotel was present at the time and you can tell that he cares a lot about his employees and customers. ❤️
Very cozy and nice hotel just in the old town of Sarajevo. Restaurant serving nice selection of breakfast options and perfect coffee. Highly recommended because of location and service for the money you pay.
Delighted with a 2 night stay here! The room was wonderful - clean, spacious, charming, comfortable - as are all the spaces in this hotel. The staff is amazing - I feel like there is no request too great. It’s almost like having a private concierge service. Also, despite being located in Old Town, the noise level was negligible. The perfect Sarajevo launching point. :)
Hotel did not show'malo duse'.I have paid full amount without staying there.IDue to unpredictable problem we could not go to Sarajevo.I have called hotel 28 hours before check in time and explained them all.That was not good enough.No understanding at all.Thank you hotel!!!nema duse
