This hotel provides a Luxurious stay right in the Heart of Sarajevo. I love the design and the spacious rooms- not something you see often in the area. The waiting room was divine and the receptionists friendly and fluent in English and German. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, so many options! I'd love to wake up in Bosmal again :)
This is the best place to stay when you are in Sarajevo!
It is a brand new apart hotel, so you have amazing, comfortable, full equipped and spacious apartment and all hotel facilities that you need such as buffet breakfast, restaurant, bar, spa, fitness, housekeeping, room service etc in one!
One of the highlights was that our room was on 21st floor with absolutely stunning and breathtaking city view and of course - staff! The most welcoming, friendly, nice and profeasional staff I have ever met in hotel, from wonderful housekeeping ladies to awsome staff from Urban Cafe Deli and amazing reception (especially dear Aldin), who are 24/7 at your service!

I enjoyed a week stay there with my wife, location is great, beautiful views from the room overlooking the city, modern appliances and great team of housekeepers.
Restaurant is modern and have a variety of options on the menu.
For my future visitas to Sarajevo I am definitely going back to this place.

I stayed in Bosmal Arjaan for three nights in Aug 2019. The hotel provides great views on Sarajevo from all directions. Both day and night views from my apartment on the 21st floor of the hotel were magnificent
The apartments are luxurious modern style with comfy colors and design, spacious and equipped with what a family needs, clothes washing machine, ironing tools, oven, microwave... etc. Jacuzzi made my day during my stay
Food is delicious, I ordered my breakfast delivered to my apartment. The private balcony was the perfect spot for breakfast to enjoy the views
Location is in the new part of Sarajevo, very clean neighborhood with a lot of services few meters away. You can get to Ilidža in 10min, to Old city in 15min by car. Bus station is in front of the hotel
Hotel staff were very friendly and service was very good. Special thanks to Mr. Enis, Director of Sales, for the great hospitality and understanding. Mr. Enis allowed me the chance for a unique experience, a peak view from the helipad on the top of the hotel you can see Sarajevo 360 degrees panorama. The hotel helipad is the highest point ASL on Sarajevo
Overall, its an excellent choice I definitely will comeback on my next trip
