Cosy place, unique design, parking included by the hotel, nice eating options with great staff.
However lacking in room isolation, you can hear everything in the hallway and next door rooms. We were there for valentines day, we let you imagine
Pool area opens at 10 but that's also when they turn on the heating, so it's not warm until 2-3 hours later. The pool should be already warm enough before opening of the pool/spa section.

Its a once in a lifetime experience at this Pino Hotel, Sarajevo. Its one of the most beautiful hotels ive ever been too - landscape area, views, hotel interior design and location. Lets these few pictures do the justice and make you wanting to google them now!
Full of cigarette smoke. Way overpriced for what you get. Its great to Just get coffee or tee outside. Bring your food as it will take forever. Overall nice ambient too look at, unfortunately it ends there.
Excellent experience. Very polite and professional service. I would highly recommend it for visiting
The food is ok but it’s not worth it ,maybe just as a hotel but as a restaurant not worthy ,and you need to wait about 10 min or more if you did not go inside and ask for the waiter , plus once the waiter start acting like he got no change to fool us and force us to pay him tip which is not usual in Bosnia .
