Quality of room & facilities were very good. Great location in old part of city but only 10 minute walk to new part. Very close to tram stop (No 3) so very easy to get around on public transport. All staff very helpful & spoke good English. Lovely breakfast!
I arrived last night, and sk far it has been a giid experience. I really like the new room i switched to this morning.
Nice little hotel, very friendly concierge. Our room was neat even though there was very little shade in the morning as it was on the third floor and it didn't have any shades. Also, the shower was quite uncomfortable. Everything else was really nice though
A Marvellous hotel to stay in Sarajevo.. Staff is extremely friendly. All of them. Breakfast is really good. If you need anything, only ask from them..
