This is by far the best hotel I have ever been to. The staff is really friendly and they always prioritize their guests. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. If possible I'd give them all a 10 star rating just how satisfied I am with everything.
I've stayed at Ibis Styles for almost 2 weeks and have to say that staff performance was beyond my expectations.
I can't express enough how great team they are!
I would like to thank Amir especially for attending all of my requests and solving any problems that I came accross during my stay.They were very professional, friendly and managed to make me feel like I'm home.
Rooms are spaceous,clean and housekeeping was regulary doing their checks. Food is excelent and view at Igman Bar on 15th floor is outstanding. I will come back for sure!

There is a beautiful restaurant on the top but is full of the cigarette smoke. Downstairs at the reception lounge area no waiter service available. Apart of this staff is great and area is clean
We've stayed for two nights. The hotel is located about 6 km from the city centre. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the public garage in BBI centre, which is 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The hotel room was spacious, clean. There was a big terrace in our room. The bathroom is equipped with basic toiletries. Breakfast was great, very nice choice of fruits, cheeses, coffees... A bit limited but nice la card offer in the restaurant. Stuff is very helpful. On the last floor of the hotel is a bar with beautiful view of the city.
