Very good hotel and the staff are helpful. The location of the hotel is great because there is a park next to it so if you're gonna wake up and go out for a run you'll be having a great time. Also good for the kids because there are a lot of activities in the area. And there are couple of good restaurants and cafes near by.
Food was really yucky. Pretended to pass off Kim chi with paprika sprinkled on it. Shower was ponding. Spa was opened but lights were off and not a single staff manning in total darkness. A small strip got the hot pool. Huge hotel but only one waiter for the whole restaurant. Questionable how the 5 star rating came about.
In my opinion, this hotel is over rated. The cutlery and plates served during our dinner were not cleaned. Dining table were stained and sticky. Worst of all, the warmer and the water heater were not working and the shower drainage was clogged. The toilet was flooded!
It was absolutely beautiful in Vienna
Super modern, not crowded, with excellent parking, 5 star hotel. In my opinion, the best hotel I ever been in.
