This is by far the best hotel I have ever been to. The staff is really friendly and they always prioritize their guests. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. If possible I'd give them all a 10 star rating just how satisfied I am with everything.
Quality of room & facilities were very good. Great location in old part of city but only 10 minute walk to new part. Very close to tram stop (No 3) so very easy to get around on public transport. All staff very helpful & spoke good English. Lovely breakfast!
Modern decorated rooms. There is not lot of parking slots. Service vas good and price also. It is clean and cosy. Hotel location is also good, not far from the city center, you can take a short walk to Bascarsija, it takes 10 minutes, 15 at least. Best recomendation.
The host is very approachable and nice. Place is very clean and tidy, location is the best, everything is close. I highly recommend!! If I ever come back in Sarajevo, I will stay here again for sure.
We had a great time in this hotel. The hosts and all employees very professional and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was excellent, kudos to chef. Director of the hotel was present at the time and you can tell that he cares a lot about his employees and customers. ❤️
Great location of hotel, just 7-8 min walking from Baščaršija. The room is big and clean, breakfast is excellent.

Love the hotel, prayer calls can be heard since mosque just nearby. But, the toilet was a bit funny, it was flooding when we take shower. But after few hours, it was back to dry, no water at all

Cosy place, unique design, parking included by the hotel, nice eating options with great staff.
However lacking in room isolation, you can hear everything in the hallway and next door rooms. We were there for valentines day, we let you imagine
Pool area opens at 10 but that's also when they turn on the heating, so it's not warm until 2-3 hours later. The pool should be already warm enough before opening of the pool/spa section.
Excellent location, new hotel with own parking, located just 5min walk from the center city, everything is clean nice,staff is friendly and very kind. The bed is soft and comfortable.
I have been in their spa with my wife. It was beautiful 2 hours. You get small swimming pool with jacuzzi in it, sauna, WC and two types of shower. They give you towel, cloak and pair of slippers. The staff was great and pleasing. You can even buy a cupon for your loving ones to give them as a gift. Overall, eveyithing is great.
