Had a nice stay here for 2 weeks. Free breakfast buffet every morning with a nice espresso machine easy to use. Fridge came prestocked with beverages but keep in mind you have to pay for the items you eat. Staff was very nice but there was a small language barrier if you don't speak Portuguese.
exceeded my expectations, a great and understanding staff all round. great rooms as well , best part is the overall experience even though it was one night. thank you for a wonderful stay.

My home far from home best place and staff
I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. This is my home away from home. I give this hotel five stars but to be clear this is not a five-star hotel. It only has one restaurant which means it can never be more than a three-star hotel for this reason. I guess I would say this is my favorite three-star hotel in the world.
Many people don't know but in order to be a four-star hotel you are required to have two restaurants.
Everything in this hotel it’s perfect! Amazing customer service, nice rooms and also with a perfect Restaurante over there and the gym it’s great! Just LOVE IT!
