Very nice hotel located walking distance to Ibirapurea park. Front desk staff provides excellent service.
It is executive hotel. Room size are okay for single person. Hotel is in main city area but the market and other stores are far away from hotel at least 20 min walk. They have best break fast so all star points goes to Break fast and staff only.
Nice rooms with balcony. Even a little older rooms, nice ambiente, private balcony in a quite nice area which also seems to be quite safe. Helpful, friendly and nice staff.
Unfortunately housekeeping only every 3 days and not on weekends due to the excuse of Corona and safety. Unfortunately now all Marriott properties using this excuse from the pandemic to reduce service. Not five star in my opinion but all in all fine.
Breakfast could be ordered to the room and average.
Wonderful location. It's also a safe quiet neighborhood that you can walk to the largest park on with America, or to the local malls. Friendly staff and the guy who does breakfast is on point!
The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They provided great suggestions for restaurants and places to see. The staff was also interested in us. The location was perfect for us, especially walking distance to the park. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.
