This place was much better in the past...they knew how to distinguish a platinum member above others...nowadays what is platinum status for Mercure Sao Paulo Pamplona? Nothing....
Furthermore, reception staff don't follow the sanitary rules, only wear mask when they see a guest....I have already seen many times many workers not wearing a mask until they see me.
Room with dust, amenities kit insufficient for one night... This place needs to become better if they want to see me here again
Grate located. Simple. Lots of dining options around.
Great hotel, pool was nice, room was lovely, clean. Balcony was great to unwind looking over the city. Friendly reception and breakfast staff.
There was only 4 small 5: 1st - air conditioning was broken and they haven't made nothing to fixed up
2nd Pabx phone's wasn't working
3th - There is only *ONE* EMPLOYEE AT FRONT DESK. She used to attend three person at da same time .
4th- They love money uuhuuuuuuuu!
They expected you pay at front desk before you stay.
Entrance and lobby are very small. Room is big and clean. Bathroom/Toilet need some refresh/improvements. WiFi works fine. Neighborhood has restaurants nearby. Breakfast has a lot of fruit options and has a fair price.
