Good Hotel, Good Staff, Safe Area ... however decor is very old and the Hotel is MAX 3 Star ... so the quality and the price are much higher
Decent hotel in a great location. Rooms are in good condition and comfortable. Breakfast is great. However the hotel has some issues that are very frustrating.
1. WiFi is terrible and basically non-existant except in the lobby. This was very frustrating as an international traveller.
2. The room keys seem to break often and you need them to use the elevator. we needed to replace ours 3 times in 4 nights and it was also a problem for many others on our trip.
3. The gym/sauna/pool area is on the rooftop and is quite nice, however there are no towels and only two lawn chairs.
Overall it's a good hotel, they just seem to be missing the mark on some small items that make the stay frustrating.
This hotel is perfectly located in a very nice part of São Paulo. The staff is excellent. They make you feel right at home. The friendly security, doormen, front desk workers, and Rodrigo at the bar were amazing. The room was clean and very nice. This is the place to stay- close to great restaurants, shopping, and bars. It has a small but nice pool on the roof.
