I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. This is my home away from home. I give this hotel five stars but to be clear this is not a five-star hotel. It only has one restaurant which means it can never be more than a three-star hotel for this reason. I guess I would say this is my favorite three-star hotel in the world.
Many people don't know but in order to be a four-star hotel you are required to have two restaurants.
Great hotel for the price.
Room size was good, wifi was fast. Rooftop pool has a great view and there is a workout room with a few machines.
Service was great - breakfast buffet was included in my rate. Coffee, fruit, fruit juices, eggs, bacon, cereal and pastries were plentiful.
Worst hotel ever. Our room had to be changed three times, we never came back to the hotel to find a clean room and the solution everytime was to give us a new room - no help provided to move bags.
The staff was not helpful and informative and sent us to places that were closed...
