Very Nice Hotel. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. There is a free breakfast for all. The location is also nice and the Metro is very close to the hotel. Walking distance of the São Paulo center and light house shopping center. Safe location.
After renovation, the hotel is much better. Nice breakfast is included. It is a great deal. Negative point is the noisy street. If this is an issue (as it is for me), avoid bedrooms facing the main street.

Otherwise they only speak Portuguese
