Staff was friendly. The room however, seemed to have been cleaned in a rush as I didn't have a price table for the minibar, nor instructions on how to call reception or room service. Also there was still a lot of hair everywhere on the floor and dust. The shower door wouldn't close, thus making the floor wet everytime I took a shower. Other than that, I called reception 3 times during my stay, only once someone picked up. The other 2 times it kept ringing until I lost my patience and went to reception. I think this is unacceptable for the overnight fee they charge. I'm disappointed.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The internet speed was so bad & slow and it was logging out every few minutes then I have to log back in again. I couldn't get any work done. I went down to reception and complained two times but by this time it was 10pm, so I left it. The receptionists speak little English and you have to use a phone translator to help you. Dust all along the skirt boards and female hairs in the toilet. The towels in the bathroom were so thin and old. Why don't they replace?? After also fearing bed bugs I cancelled two nights and stayed only 1 night.
Great bedrooms and good breakfast. The only observation is that the hotel don’t have housekeepers at night shift. All except this is very good!
It's a little bit old, but affordable. Just avoid the kitchen, they offer a lunch that doesn't worth as much as R$15,00 and is sold for R$65,00.
