A beautiful place with excellent staff, service, and overall appearance and cleanliness, but located in a difficult and dangerous neighborhood. Hard to travel by foot near Selina Aurora with the neighborhood - and extremely dangerous at night. Be careful when getting to the subway.
The stay was excellent and I have no other complaints than location. Thank you to the friendly and professional security guards who were posted during my stay in Nov. 2020
The staff was nice (security guards were awesome really) but our bathroom was NOT NICE. There was pubic hair all over the shower, remainings of someone’s beard on the sink, and there was something wrong with the toilet - everytime we flushed it, there was a super loud noise (im really sorry for everyone staying on the rooms close to us) and water would start pouring out of the water pipe. The room’s floor was sticky and the bedside lamp didnt work. I always stay at Selena Madalena but i wont be coming back to Aurora. Really looked like a god forsaken place.
Excellent place to eat, the service is very good and friendly. The food is really delicious with a fair price. The Chefs really know how to cook a traditional gourmet Brazilian meal. There's some nice music in the background, I loved the experience, did did my friends.
Great place and the manager is very nice
I can't talk about the hotel's accommodations because I've just been to the bar. Awesome place by the way! Clean, safe, cozy... good music, good lights. It loses a point when it comes to beer price. It's a bit more expensive than the average.
