Our preferred stay in São Paulo. Great hotel restaurant and a very comfortable room. Close to a great pizza place (Esperanza) and Ibirapuera Shopping Center.
Unsatisfied with the cleaning, but I loved the area. Some rooms have been cleaners than others. I swear the lady mopping the floor must have been braindead, the mop wasn’t even wet. These pictures don’t do it justice. But the area and view are great, reception is helpful and friendly and speak english, so thats a plus.

The hotel is in a safe area of Sao Paulo.
The rooms are ok and large enough.
The air condition is old, loud and doesn't work really good.
The cleanliness of the room is also not good!
The hotel is directly in the in the trajectory of the city airport. Because the windows are not isolated, you have from morning to evening the noise of starting and landing aircrafts in the room.
English is spoken only at the reception, almost not in the restaurant! This usually leads to the fact that always the wrong things where brought if you order something.
The breakfast buffet is terribly boring and worst... every day the same! Also the quality of the food is worst!
