I had a booking and tried to cancel over 3 months ago. Since then the company promises to refund but only gives excuses. Communication have been misleading and confusing. Did not get my money back so far. horrible treatment to clients. Very dishonest. Please travellers I really hope you consider a competitor so to avoid what I am going through. It's really sad to such a dishonest behaviour from a company.
Staff were really nice and accommodating. Gym was great for a quick workout. Pool was also fun. Great experience overall!

This is a convenient hotel with great views and delicious breakfast. A glass of Champagne is available during check in. The breakfast is not only tasty but also has a lot of variety. Front desk staffs are very knowledgeable and professional. Dont forget to check out the fitness center. The sauna/steam room is very relaxing.
Stayed for 5 nights. Caution : You only get a 'courtesy' water bottle the first night regardless of how long you stay. For all the other nights you have to buy from the minibar and the front desk snickered at me for asking. There is no bathtub plug and it took housekeeping 48 hours to find one. Luke warm coffee at breakfast, cold/hard chicken for dinner at their restaurant.
No hello from the front desk when returning to the hotel at night.
Very disappointing in various aspects especially for a highly rated hotel which costs around USD200 per night or more.
