The best hotel I've been to so far. Fantastic breakfast buffet, spacious and clean rooms with many amenities, and a panoramic view of São Paulo from the room balcony. Most of the staff members spoke both English and Portuguese, which eased me. They even let me play their two or three hundred year old piano in the restaurant for a bit. The only unfortunate thing is that the location is a bit too far to walk to from the main Paulista Avenue. Nevertheless, I will be staying here again when I can fly back to visit.

Clean, great atmosphere, professional. I stayed five days and I really enjoy the stay. The room has everything I need. They even have mini bar.
More than that, you can trust them.
I left my passport, credit cards, bank cards, health cards and lots of cash in the safe. I even forgot my expensive sunglasses.
They sent me an email that they found my missing items in the safe.
I went back to the hotel and they gave me back everything. Nothing was missing.

Good hotel, great location and super clean. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier and more service oriented but still, I would stay there again, really good value for money.
Amazing view, staff and rooms!
Very good location. Breakfast super. Great Rooftop. The Room was good and the Gym ok but improvable. The water of the pool was not so good. I recommend this hotel for the European People !
