A beautiful place with excellent staff, service, and overall appearance and cleanliness, but located in a difficult and dangerous neighborhood. Hard to travel by foot near Selina Aurora with the neighborhood - and extremely dangerous at night. Be careful when getting to the subway.
The stay was excellent and I have no other complaints than location. Thank you to the friendly and professional security guards who were posted during my stay in Nov. 2020
If you’re looking for the BEST experience in São Paulo, look no further than Hotel Unique. Incredible food, views of the skyline, rooftop pool, fun evening ambience... I can go on and on.
I had originally booked only 3 days at Unique because I wanted to explore other hotels in the big city... but I extended an additional 4 days. Stay here only if you want to experience the best of the best!
Very nice hotel and staff. Very clean and professional. Beautiful white cotton sheets and softest towels. Full assortment of bathroom amenities and products, rain shower, and standard hair dryer. Good neighborhood. Felt very safe walking around. Close to nice park, smaller shops and restaurants.
The best hotel I've been to so far. Fantastic breakfast buffet, spacious and clean rooms with many amenities, and a panoramic view of São Paulo from the room balcony. Most of the staff members spoke both English and Portuguese, which eased me. They even let me play their two or three hundred year old piano in the restaurant for a bit. The only unfortunate thing is that the location is a bit too far to walk to from the main Paulista Avenue. Nevertheless, I will be staying here again when I can fly back to visit.
I had a great stay at Selina Madalena. Located within walking distance to great places to eat, I cannot complain about its location.
I did not have a reservation when I arrived late at night but luckily I was able to book a private room at $40usd/night. As you can see from the pictures attached, the view and the room decoration are worth the price.
Wifi and A/C worked perfectly throughout my stay. The front desk agents are also very knowledgeable about São Paulo and Brazil in general. Do not hesitate to ask them question! They are extremely friendly.
I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. It was a pleasant experience.
Limpeza nota 10,funcionária da limpeza muito gente boa e educada!Tive um problema a noite com a porta do quarto e o funcionário veio ajudar em 5 minutos estava lá,após eu pedir suporte pelo telefone da recepção.Precisei fazer check in mais cedo e rapidamente me disponibilizaram um quarto.Proximo ao aeroporto,mas faz pouco barulho. Podem ficar sem medo , excelente custo benefício!
Service was absolutely exceptional from every member of staff. I booked this hotel because I thought they would take good care of my mother who is older and has some health problems. Exceeded my expectations. Staff were extremely proactive, efficient, warm, polite, unassuming, and discrete. I am grateful and very happy to have chosen this hotel
Soul Hostel is great place with friendly hosts. They are happy to help you incase if you need anything. Its proximity to Avenida Paulista makes it perfect. There's quick access to metro and bus. The facilities are good and complementary breakfast provided is good. The size of bathrooms is small, but who cares, it's a different experience all together
Overall good hotel, comfortable, good for business travel. Had some very small issue with keys not working but the staff was very helpful. Personally I didn't use amenities, and the breakfast was very good. They seem to be pricey but due to covid I got a good deal.
Our preferred stay in São Paulo. Great hotel restaurant and a very comfortable room. Close to a great pizza place (Esperanza) and Ibirapuera Shopping Center.
