I really enjoyed this Boutique hotel; the internet functioned quickly and without any problems, and the breakfast buffet, included in the room rate, was generous for my liking.
I especially liked the atmosphere of the hotel. Since there are (from what I can see) less than twenty rooms, I like the intimacy of the hotel; seeing the same faces working in a hotel, even if you're only there for five nights, really just has such an unexplainable draw to it.
The hotel was helpful in providing me information on how to navigate Santiago, and was very honest when it came to prices and tour recommendations; I felt like I was treated well as a guest of the hotel, rather than as a client in an impersonal business, if that makes any sense. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough; its excellent location near the National Museum of Fine Arts and the beautiful Santa Lucia hill are the final factors that help to make this one of the best value hotels I've ever stayed in.
This is a really tough one for me. The hotel is located in the middle of the protests. We got hit with teargas each night we stayed. Not the hotels fault, but the staff were also unwilling to let us cancel, would not move out room and that was a huge letdown.
The property is GORGEOUS! Meals were good. The pool are was like out of a fantasy book.

Beautiful hotel with its own personality. The staff were excellent, and the decor lovely. It's very wooden with lots of interesting art and the bathrooms are modern with great showers. The location is very central but unfortunately that means it can be a little loud on the weekend nights. The floorboards are very loud as well. Apart from that the hotel is great - we'd stay there again!
It's a small and very cosy hotel in a great location. The service, especially from Ezequiel, was top notch - very friendly and helpful.The rooms were very clean and in very good shape. We stayed two nights, we would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone looking for boutique hotels.
