A last minute overnight stay due to being ill during our Xmas/NY holiday. Check-in process was very smooth. Raul is a star super helpful! Building is old but the room was spacious enough. No free bottles of water or slippers provided. Very convenient to have a supermarket adjacent to the hotel. Buy water there! Hot water was fast but temperature fluctuated. Downstairs there is a Thai restaurant quite good as well.
Great waiter knows English & help with some Spanish pronunciation. Meal & wine was good too.
Great location, excellent staff/service and great value for your money. Our room was beautiful, clean, and the amenities are equivalent to a boutique hotel, as advertised. Most important are the people who served/helped us. They exceeded our expectations...Raul at the front desk and Roilan at the roof bar/restaurant, Antano. 5 star service for both these gentlemen. And last but not least, the food at Antano was delicious!

Good location, Great beds and staff knowledgeable.
Friday night they ordered a taxi which took 40 minutes to arrive and 1 hours 20 minutes to airport. Concierge seemed to know the driver and apologised for their lateness. I wanted the closest taxi to avoid the Friday rush.
