Great stay here whilst in Santiago, experience was excellent from check in to check out, with thanks to Natalia for a warm welcome. Hotel is recently renovated and so rooms have all the essentials and more. The gym was good by hotel standards, brand new with lots of equipment to use. Location helpful with easy access to the mall for any essentials and good choice of restaurants nearby.

Pleasant stay in newly renovated in hotel, comfortable room and good location connected to the mall. Great service, staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe trip to the airport.
Very convenient location with safe access to the Costanera Center Mall, shopping, restaurants, cinema, etc. Brand new facilities, good standards for the price. Great service and motivated employees.
