Situated in a cool neighbourhood with an abundance of cool bars and restaurants. The hotel itself feels small and safe, with great service the moment you enter. When there was a technical problem with the room, this was serviced immediately. Lovely having breakfast outside by the pool also - felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves!
We enjoyed our short stay here (less than 24hours) and the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent in the suburb of Bella Vista. We are only a block away from the Funicular and San Cristobal, as well as restaurants and shops.
There was a night club across the road, but that didn't effect us. This was the erfect location for our trip.
Lovely clean rooms in a great location for bars and restaurants. Staff were good and ok buffet breakfast available. We loved the idea of the pool but it was dirty and we didn't use it- shame as it could be a great area to relax.
My wife and I loved this place- the rooms are as clean and nice as they appear in photos online. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were fun and different. There were free use cappuchino machines on both floors as well. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool was really nice. There are dozens of restaurants in the area (I recommend visiting the Patio de Comidas, lots of options), and Parque Metropolitano, the Zoo and the Funicular are just a couple of blocks away.
The location is great! It's off the main street, and yet close enough to bars and restaurants - both local bars and tourist ones (Patio Bellavista). It is a comfortable walking distance to Barrio Bellas Artes if you want to follow the tourist trail. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though a little noisy due to the location. We had breakfast in bed every day and the Concierge couldn't do enough to help us with information, taxi's or whatever else we asked for. This hotel is a great balance between comfort and convenience.
