Front desk guy was so rude and discriminatory towards Americans that we decided to stay elsewhere. Don’t recommend to foreigners or any travelers for that matter!
Older hotel with nice, clean rooms. Mostly friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is included. It included one scrambled egg, toast, some fruit, small glass of juice, and ONE (and only one) cup of coffee or tea.
Good attention, the staff always ready to solve or attend to any unforeseen event. The house is old, a couple of maintenance would not hurt. Excellent location in the center of the city.
Magnificent location, great room and attention with a wonderful view of the Santa Lucia hill and downtown Santiago Chile.
