Very Impressive modern sophisticated hotel, very helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast you'd expect in much more expensive hotel, centrally located... pool and veranda on roof, very bright in account of the large windows... Be prepared for some night activities in the neighbourhood that seem to be expected in Chile...noisy confrontation protests ...the next days everybody do as if nothing happened, clean up the streets and move on!
Small and well kept hotel with a pleasant and interesting design. Good location The most important thing, the service is excellent.
Second stay at Ismael, 5 years between visits and its a great place to start your trip to Chile. Location excellent, very helpful and polite staff. Rooms are compact but well designed.
Breakfast and coffee all very good and recommendations and other services from car hire to planning trips all done well and careful consideration.
Terrific boutique hotel in the Lastarria district of Buenos Aires. The staff is very attentive, accommodating and speak excellent English. The breakfast included with your room is wonderful, with fantastic eggs cooked to order, and delicious fresh pastries. Behind the hotel is a long street with many wonderful places to eat, and in front of the hotel is a wonderful park with the Beaux Arts museum at one end, an easy walk. Comfortable clean rooms and excellent service. Good value.
Staff is great, very helpful. Hotel location is perfect, near everything. Great restaurants all around and close to the subway, which can take you anywhere in Santiago. Absolutely recommended
