The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and gave us good recommendations. Airport pickup was very helpful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck/patio/roof each night. Times are a little tense in Santiago and the staff explained it well. Wishing you the best for your beautiful country!
Cute heritage building with lovely staff. They organised all our transits back and forth to the airport and were happy to store our luggage till 10pm on our last day

Great place to stay, very much in the middle of everything. The staff was wonderful, went above and beyond to help this Spanish challenged visitor.
The host is very accommodating and welcoming. Lastarria is in a good area for tourism and for general transportation around Santiago. The metro is located half a block away and was a great resource for our travels.
