We stayed there in October during a bit of an unusual time in Santiago and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome by the staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and atmospheric, and centred around a courtyard, and provides some lovely food. Would definitely go back!

A six month old hotel but with decorations and friendly signs down to the details. Great location. Kind staff. Super nice stay! Highly recommend.

Traditional, colonial and fancy place to stay. This place looks like a museum without loosing the elegance of a excellent hotel. But i have to say that the cafeteria is not the best, the girls who works there don’t pay attention to clients and talk aloud while we are having breakfast

The best value hotel we stayed in during a one month trip in Chile and Argentina.

Cozy place. Not resourceful. First day the room was dirty but they cleaned again when asked for.
