Was my 5th Time in Santiago and i always stay in same hotel! W hotel is very good located, staff are super smiley and profesional, rooms are clean and nice , breakfast is just amazing! Swimming pool is on roof top and also superb wiew of city! Very quality hotel % 100 recommended
Awesome experience. Hotel is beautiful and is in very high end part of town. Easy access to many good options for restaurants and drinks. I used my suite night upgrades enjoyed the spacious suite with beautiful giant balcony with gorgeous view. Hotel staff are nice in general. We made friend with the Concierge team and got a lot of tips for navigating around the city. We visited the rooftop bar for the view and it was worth it. Breakfast was plentiful with champagne and a bloody mary bar. My only complaint was that checking in seems to be complicated, we had to wait ~ 1 hour for the room each time we checked in (after 3pm). Maybe it was because of the type of room we got. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely come back.

The staff is amazing at the W hotel. They made my stay warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond with assisting in my travel plans. They were the best staff I’ve had at a hotel.
What a view the guests
Why are super cliquish and snooty but the staff made up for all of that and the new concierge girl at the pool
