Excellent food!
This is a very nice hotel. Lots of friendly staff on hand if you need anything. Check in was quick and easy. The room is quite nice, and even though we arrived about 10AM they had a room ready for us. Good location with nearby restaurants and shopping.
Good hotel, good breakfast, nice staff, good location. Roof top pool is a nice touch

To meet 5 stars level , quality for cleanliness, maintenance, hospitality and trained staff should be highly considered. Here is not the case.
Service and cleanliness at the pool are very very poor.
Evening service for your comfort at the room also less than regular , no curtains service ,neither bed, no quality toiletries or accessories.
Ritz would never slow a company as Lucano Rent a Car to serve its customers! My friend rented a car and we returned it was Charged me $280 dollars for damages under the car! It really ruined our stay there!
