Very clean and well organized. The staff is very kind and helpful. The only problem was the bad WiFi.
The hotel's greatest asset is their staff- almost without exception they were genuinely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also had the pleasure to meet the owner who took a genuine interest in our guest experience.
Don’t hesitate to book. Perfect for tourists who want comfort and reliability. Excellent air conditioning, thoughtful touches in the rooms, friendly staff and excellent location to everything.

I usually travel to Santa Marta every other month, but the hotel I always stayed was sold out; so I tried this new hotel and I was gladly surprised, great experience, the staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are very nicely decorated, for sure I’ll be back and will recommend
