The water is horrible.. yellow water.. claimed it was maintenance issues.. I let the water run in the sink and shower for 6 hours while we were at the beach.. never flushed it out.. clean room.. safe location.. stores, restaurants, all within walking distance..
I love this hotel! Beautiful view, nice rooms and friendly service. The pool bar is pretty cool, the pool not that much but still, I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks a lot!
We spent a beautiful 4 days at the Hilton Garden Hotel in Santa Marta. The rooms were nice and comfortable and all of the staff was very pleasant and friendly period we met the general manager Christian who's an absolutely wonderful person. he was very concerned about her stay and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Our last night we had dinner on the 17th floor where there is a bar in pool and come and gathering area. The food was absolutely surprisingly delicious. Our unfortunate timing for this getaway was that the beaches were closed. It's not helpful that it rained almost every day. Outside of that, the stay at the Hilton was wonderful.
Nice hotel. Good quality and price. prefer AC Santa Marta. Better views nicer rooms and nice pool for similar money. Good breakfast and wifi.
I would choose this hotel over and over again! The customer service was impeccable, the rooms were super clean, the maid service were incredible, and the location was perfect.
