This Posada (although the owners are defining " Hotel"!) Have unlukly a confusing,contradictoring owfull staff. Rough, arrogante, dispothic and hyghly unprofessionals.I had booked direcly An room wirh opening Window,and the following ceckin day, an owfull young and owfull guy, badly dressed and without uniforme,told me the room i booked was bene sold and i was obliged to take the Unix available, Power class room,without noone any neather small Window!and nowindow exrremely small and bad smelling bathroom. The entire bedroim was not more than 3x2 sq.meters!
Los class of guests, shutting and closing own room door with violence,speacking at handphone in the sole,sale up Is on 6/7 o clock a.m.Horribke construcrion without any soundproofing, noising and unliveble. More serious and unaceptable umiliation, BREKFAST!!!; Sitting in a tablet of an sunshine and hot terrace you Watch in their deseptibe web Page, was serving another same level rude woman that went serving other table arrived After me ,and After came back Thwo Times in 15 minutes without remembering my chiuse,..i waytes 30 minutes without receive anything!!! Neather a glass of juice!!! So After Thwo reminders i forgot and was obliged to leaves this nightmare birch hostel ,After have payed an breakfast ( included) without have bene served,i left the strutture fastly and forgot the unbelievable trick ! DONT RESERVE! DON TLOISE YOUR REAL MONEY.
More, trikked guest, please do recension truly! Many recension of this Lower classe small Posada, are fake and "prepayed"!!! Don t trust. I Hope the MOST parte of you tale in consideration my owfull humiliating bar ixperience and stay far from from this astonishing ashaming miserable Place.

Great place... Awesome rooftop.... Service ? 1st class... Nonetheless, most of employees don't speak English.

Great hotel close to the park and many restaurants. The terrace is super nice.
This is the worst hotel I ever stay, only for a few hours to cancel my reservation for 3 days. The pictures are not true to reality. Rooms are small, furniture is like Walmart cheap stuff and everything is more like to look than to be used. The swimming pool is a small thank, that they got a nice picture from a great angle. You must pay in advance, but when you get in your room is too late. the air conditioning is a joke, didn't work, everything was clean but so small and cheap. I can't believe that travelers can stay more than a few hours in a place like that... don't waste your money. many of these reviews are not mirroring the reality.
Hotel Adaz is modern, clean and very central to Santa Marta. The rooftop pool and bar is an added bonus!
