Loved our stay here. Really, nice, clean, spacious room, with a great bed. The upstairs terrace pool area is amazing, with great views of the city and the Sierra Nevada. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was delicious and enormous. Will be going back for sure. It was a good place for remote work for both my partner and I.
The best hotel I've stayed in in all of colombia!!! The hotel was a calming space with beautiful plants and two pools. The hotel was immaculately clean for the whole stay, the rooms are amazing and fresh! and the staff are amazing always going above and beyond to help and problems we had! I cannot Express how amazing my month there has been. Would recommend to everyone and definitely will come back to stay my next trip to santa marta! Gracias a todos tu equipo incredible
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff are all incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. The rooms are spacious, atmospheric, impeccably clean (as is the bathroom, which has a rainshower) and equipped with fans and an AC. There are 2 pools of which one on the roof terrace, and both are kept clean and are nice and cool. Breakfast is healthy with cereals, a ton of fruit, juice, eggs and freshly warm bread. The location I thought was great -- just far enough from the hustle of the main streets to not be bothered by the noise, and close enough to walk it easily. Overall this place has a lot of personality and style, and offers high standard service.
Clean room, great front desk service. The breakfast was amazing! Easily found and located near a lot of shops. I would stay there again!
Excellent hotel and Supper friendly staff. The rooms are immaculate. They are luxurious and well equipped. All the girls at the front desk could not be more went out of their way to assist us. The hotel has two pools. We were at the pool upstairs every evening to watch the sunset. The food in Santa Marta was amazing. Great restaurants. Went to Lulos twice
