Nice hostel ruined by extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Not all of them. There were some nice ones but most were not.
From the minute we walked in the reception we had a bad feeling about the staff. There was just a certain amount of attitude from the person at the front desk that was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.
Later that day we went to the bar and we saw the employee named Olga yell at a couple of volunteers for very petty reasons in front of the guests. Just brings down the whole vibe.
Various other incidents occurred that confirmed that the prior rude events were not one offs, that this is just how the staff normally acted.
Do yourself a favor and find a better place.
Very nice hostel, well set up! Very colorful! The hostel as everything you need restaurant on site, very nice coffee place in front! The room are clean and comfy! Very eco friendly , lots of solar panel on the roof! Only things that can be improve, the guest kitchen need to be clean more often and will be good to turn the light at night near the bangalow
Good location, massive bunk beds with light and plug, WiFi, pool, billiards, bar & restaurant. Only thing there was not always toilet paper.
It's a magic place
