Beautiful room, finely and tastefully furnished.
Equipped with a large terrace and all comforts (air conditioning, mini bar, hairdryer, TV, etc.).
It is located 2 steps from the beach and the center of San Vito.
We practically didn't use the car.
Stefano, the owner, is a very kind, welcoming and professional person.
Super cheap prices.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the beach and the city center. The room is modern, very clean and it is the daily cleaning carried out. The innkeeper was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
Finally, with my wife Luisa, we managed to come to Sicily!
We stayed at the Dimora del pescatore from 29 August to 8 September.
The structure, which has been open for about 2 months, is modern and functional and the rooms are equipped with all comforts (TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge). Comfortable beds, bathrooms with large shower and courtesy kit.
The breakfast, excellent and plentiful, with fresh pastries, juices, yogurt, biscuits, fruit, cereals, coffee, tea, cappuccino, but also savory on request, is consumed in a comfortable veranda of the structure.
Stefano, the "old sea wolf" owner, is very friendly and helpful and is generous with advice on things to do and see in and around San Vito and especially on where to eat fish, as he is also a fisherman.
Stefano gave me the parking inside the structure, which is free during our stay, solving a big problem for the accommodation of the car.
Ada, Stefano's collaborator, is just as friendly and attentive to the needs of the guest, so much so that my wife, by her choice, did not eat sweets for breakfast and she proposed to find different solutions.
Even Ada, available and punctual in her work, knows how to give valuable advice on things to do and this morning she involved a friend of hers, who is from Marsala but lives next to the b & b, to let us give information on what to do in Trapani and Marsala.
The beaches, the center of San Vito and all the commercial activities are located a few hundred meters away, the advice is to reach them on foot because parking in the center is subject to charges.
We definitely recommend this structure and, if we return to San Vito, we will choose it again.
Clean, well maintained but not very spacious.
Absolutely recommended place, courtesy, kindness, hospitality, thorough cleaning. Great location!
