Extraordinary Villa! It was a dream to live in this villa right on the sea.
I went to San Vito Lo Capo at VIlla Hibisco with my family in mid-October. I found a unique sea in its colors! As you can see in the photo, the water is crystal clear. I did not notice any mud in front of the house as posted by other users. I was very satisfied with the sea and especially with the villa.
Cozy house, directly on the beach.
We stayed in 6 adults and two children, excellent location especially for them.
Owner Mr. Catherine really nice and helpful. I feel I disagree with the negative reviews about her, any of them of people like her!
The sea, the beach not at the most like in previous years but it is also true that it is not his fault, I believe that the administration should start thinking about safeguarding the sea and not only exploiting it.

What to say, beautiful place and a phenomenal location. Practically attached to the sea. We are a company of 5 adults, one of whom is disabled, plus two children. The environment is comfortable and reserved. You are on the beach in two seconds but if you want you can stop to rest and sunbathe in the garden (equipped with showers and deck chairs). The easy accessibility to the beach, the presence of both free and equipped beaches, for a fee, allows you to fully enjoy your holiday according to your needs. No difficulty then for our disabled friend The proximity of the sandy beach allowed him to move independently without too much effort and enjoy the sea in complete relaxation. Very close then a supermarket, a greengrocer, a bar / pizzeria and a paid parking lot easily reachable on foot (the owner still provides a bike).
